Laleo provided expert French-English interpretation during the "Consultative Workshop on the Political Dimensions of DDR," held at the African Union Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on March 19-20, 2025. Co-organized by UNOAU, AUC, UNDPO, and the Berghof Foundation, the workshop focused on the political aspects of DDR, emphasizing inclusivity, accountability, and the sustainable reintegration of ex-combatants. Participants also explored ways to address conflict roots while promoting human rights, transitional justice, and the active involvement of women and youth in peacebuilding efforts.
